I'll be taking my beginners yoga course into the studio this weekend. The great thing about working with smaller groups in a workshop setting like this, is that it gives students an opportunity to ask questions and work out exactly how to tailor a yoga practice to their own needs. It's one of my favourite ways to teach.
Over two hours, we’ll explore some of the key components of a typical yoga session, cover many of the key names and postures, and touch on how elements of mindfulness and breath-awareness can become a part of the movement practice.

The class is suitable to all students regardless of size, shape, age and ability, this workshop will also be suitable for anyone returning to practice after a break, or who finds the thought of joining an open-group class intimidating.
