Yoga is not just about moving your body or learning techniques to reduce stress. It’s also a practice of discovering more about ourselves, exploring how we interact with the world around us, and meeting like-minded people along the way. I’ve been running classes locally and online for many years now and many friendships have been formed through the community that we’ve all built together in that time.
In this spirit, the Community Space contains a variety of extra resources – video tutorials, music playlists, reading materials, hints and tips – which are exclusively available to community members. Access is offered to students who chose to pay by monthly subscription rather than per class, or through a class package. Subscribers are also rewarded with a reduced pro-rata weekly class price, a streamlined payment process (no more loyalty cards to keep track of!), priority booking for workshops and events, plus the option of a personalised 1-1 class every 6 months.
