COVID-19 Update
In accordance with government guidelines, throughout lockdown (or whilst Sussex is in tier 3 or above) all group and private classes are held online. As and when restrictions are lifted my Thursday evening classes will run in-person at the Old School in Cuckfield, West Sussex.
Tuesday evenings will remain online via zoom.
All zoom classes are recorded (my feed only) and class recordings are made available to anyone who attends live, or anyone who requests a copy to practice in their own time separately.
During lockdowns I am offering my classes FREE to NHS frontline workers and also to teachers and teaching support staff, as a way to offer my support and immense gratitude for the work that they are all doing in the face of the pandemic.
I also have the utmost sympathy and understanding for anyone who has been financially affected by the pandemic and I’m committed to making sure that everyone who wants to attend can do so, regardless of their finances. So if you need to pay less, please get in touch, I will never judge anyone who worries about the cost of maintaining a yoga practice in the current economic downturn, and would always rather that you could practice with me than not. I really do want to keep the community that we have built together going and will do what it takes to provide support.

Yoga therapy
These sessions are offered in partnership with a highly experienced physiotherapist, Caroline Gallehawk.
The small group classes feature gentle yoga movements combined with in-depth physiotherapy and assistance.
Classes are run as private sessions between 9:15 -10:15 on Friday mornings, but if you would like to join us please get in touch.
