New classes for older students
I’ve been broadening my offering over the past year and working with an increasingly diverse range of people, which has been a real privilege. I’ve had a few requests to run some gentle, targeted classes for older students (60+) and so I’m pleased to say that I’ll be offering these from my home studio on Thursday mornings, 11:15-12:15, from later this month.
If you know anyone – relatives or friends – who might be interested in taking part in a yoga class but is unsure about joining an open group class, this is the perfect class for them. No yoga experience is necessary, it’s just a chance to stretch out and move the body in a supportive space.
